1Is there a minimum order quantity for custom sequins apparel?
No. You can order as few as 1 garment of any style, however, there is a price break if you order 15 pieces or more.
2How fast can you make custom orders?
An estimated shipping date will be provided when you receive your custom quote. In general, our lead times are no longer than 2 weeks. Expedite requests will be considered and rush fees provided at the time of quote.
3Who pays shipping charges?
Orders ship UPS or USPS. Berilliant pays for shipping on custom orders over $150.
4What is the return policy on custom orders?
Unfortunately, custom products may not be returned, since we cannot re-sell them. It is important to check sizing carefully, and call us if you have questions.
5How do I care for my sequins garment?
Caring for your sequins is quite easy. Just turn the garment inside out then either hand wash or machine wash in cold/warm water. Next, either hang dry or machine dry on medium heat.
6Can you help me create a design?
7Do sequins fall off easily?
No they won’t as long as the garment is washed and dried properly.
8What designs work best with sequins?
Simple to medium detail work best.
9What size the maximum size of the sequins design?
Sizing is a total of 1 - 12”x12” sheet and any custom sizes smaller than that can be created.
